Oregon College Access Network

All Oregonians-- no matter where they live, and regardless of age, income level, ethnicity or social circumstances-- are prepared for and have access to pursue post-secondary education, as well as the ability to complete that education and make meaningful contributions to society.

The Oregon College Access Network (OrCAN) exists to help Oregonians overcome barriers to education and training beyond high school. We do this by being the statewide hub for data and information; connecting people and organizations; sharing knowledge and resources; providing professional development and networking opportunities; and educating key leaders and policymakers about supporting preparation and persistence beyond high school.
